The CRDA has issued notices for the second time for the demolition of the house of Lingamaneni Ramesh. It is the official residence of the former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on the banks of the river. The CRDA officials have given one week time to vacate the house and leave it for demolition. The officials said that some portions of the house were constructed without permission.

The house if located in karikatta of Amaravathi and has become a controversial one as it dam on the banks of the flowing river. Linagameneni is the owner and Chandrababu is the tenant of the house.

On the other hand, the permission of the construction of the house was given by the officials in the YS Rajasekhar Reddys Government. It may be noted that the building meant for meeting the people which was used by Chandrababu was demolished by the YSRC Government and it was built with the public money.

It could have been used by the earlier Government for the meeting purposes.

It looks like the Government is hell-bent upon demolishing the house as Chandrababu Naidu was using it. Several TDP leaders have offered their houses to the LOP Chandrababu. But he has not decided on any property so far. Some of them have suggested Babu must build his own building in Amaravathi.
