A Video journalist has filed a case against Salman Khan for assaulting him in public. The journalist approached the court as the Police did not file an FIR in this case. The court has asked the police to enquire into the issue first.
It is reported that Salman was riding a cycle flanked by bodyguards. The Journalist was following him in a car recording the incident of cycle riding by Salman. Salman and his bodyguards say that the scribe did not seek the permission for shooting and he has no right to shoot.
But the scribe says he has first sought the permission of the bodyguards and later Salman objected to it. The Andheri court called for an enquiry months after the scribe filed a petition.
Ashok Pandey is the journalist who said that if the court has not stepped in the police would not have bothered about the case at all. He was having full faith in the curt and the justice will be done to him. The allegation is that both Salman and his bodyguards have beaten him up black and blue for no reason, while the police even refused to file an FIR in this regards.
