Now, one wonders if ‘chaiwala’ is decent enough for the EC how come an innocent word Pappu become indecent for it?

Someone who shows an uncanny level of innocence or introversion is pappu as per dictionary.Pappu means dal in Telugu.

Congress top leaders called Modi as Chaiwala and said that he cannot rule India and people will not elect him.

But the usage of Chaiwala for PM and Pappu for Rahul continues. Modi takes pride in being a Chaiwala while Rahul objects to Pappu.
