People are going around with swords and guns here in Hyderabad during religious processions. Is this the constitution he asked? This is not the way to behave he said. A new political power must come up in the country he said.

A resolution was moved by Minister for agriculture praising the Government for producing the paddy when the centre refused to buy the paddy. Gangula Kamalkar the Minister for civil supplies supported the resolution.
He welcomed the decision. The BJP Government did not take the responsibility for procuring the paddy he reminded.
