As we all are aware the Covid-19 pandemic devastated large parts of the world and has spread around the planet, sending billions of people into lockdown. Many were suffering with the basic needs and psychological stress. Respective governments, groups and individuals across the world are helping the needy and we thank them for their support to mankind.
Since more than a year thousands of students from India and different parts of the world came to UK for pursuing their higher studies. Due to this Covid-19 pandemic many of the students were unable to continue their part-time jobs and buy the groceries for living. NRI TRS UK were supporting such needy students in all possible ways, said its General Secretary Rathnakar Kadudula.
On the occasion of TRS party 20th Formation day, they took the unique way of supporting the students in UK maintaining social distancing through the program “KCR Coupons”, where they can go and busy the groceries at the nearest shop. Until today they supported more than 200 students with the #KCRcoupons, said NRI TRS UK President Ashok Goud Dusari.
Ashok thanked TRS MP Joginiapally Santhosh kumar for launching the coupon yesterday at Hyderabad and encouraging NRI TRS UK efforts.
NRI TRS UK Founder President Anil Kurmachalam said, with the true inspiration from TS CM KCR and with the direction of Working President KTR , we are not only helping with grocery coupons but also trying to give moral support to stay strong in this pandemic crisis.
