The internet is going gaga over the latest mashup of Ed Sheeran’s worldwide hit ‘Shape of You’ featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
And Tony Tarz is the man you should thank for the video. The 19-year old passionate music producer from Kerala was inspired by the American cover versions of the hit song, which has given birth to dozens of mashups, as he just wanted to show how good Indians could be when it comes to creating mashups.
With this video, Modi joins the likes of former US president Barack Obama, US president Donald Trump and Canada’s prime minister Justin Trudeau, whose Shape of You parodies are already a hit on the internet.
“This video is created not to under estimate our modi ji but to show not only Americans but also we Indians too know how to make this type videos (sic),” Tarz wrote.
The video has amassed more than 1,00,000 views till now and social media users can’t stop admiring the brilliant editing of the video, a compilation of bit and pieces from the Prime Minister’s speeches.
