The AP Government has issued a GO in the name of stopping the black marketing of cinema tickets and it will be starting a portal on the lines of Railway booking sites.
The public going to the movies must now go to the Government portal for booking the tickets to Cinemas. When there is no one to buy tickets where is the scope for black marketing in question.
The producers and the exhibitors want a rise in the ticket price in Andhra Pradesh.
They are also demanding the introduction of Flexi tickets. Perhaps this is the first time that the Government is trying to sell cinema tickets. It has to be seen how far the Jagan Government will be able to sell the tickets.
