The Telugu Desam Party senior leader from the Vizianagaram District P. Ashoka Gajapathi Raju the central Minister is a very low profile and sincere man. He is like a law abiding citizen and never creates any controversies. A loyal leader to the TDP.
He was in news when a Shiv Sena MP bashed up an airline employee and later now our MP JC Diwakar Reddy misbehavior with the Indigo staff here in AP.
JC said he had called up Gajapathi for intervention and Gajapathi said that there was no intervention. He also added that no probe was required as the proof was recorded on CC cameras. Earlier the Shiv Sena MP apologized and was let off due to pressure from higher ups. Now JC has left for paris and he clarified that he will not say sorry.

Rumors have been running rife that Gajapathi Raju got hurt with the attitude of Ganta Srinivasa Rao who involved in the process of party’s Vizianagaram District election, which has till then been overseen by him. Ganta, being an In-charge minister for Vizianagaram, reportedly asked the senior leader Gajapathi Raju to stay away from the process, citing the party Supremo Chandrababu’s directions.
Minister Ganta wanted to hold a one-to-one meeting with the cadre against the protocol usually followed ever since the party was floated. The Civil Aviation Minister Gajapathi Raju was heard to have proposed D. Jagadish as the prospective president. But against his wish, Ganta has another name in his mind.
