Jagan the CM of AP is coming to Delhi this night it is reported. He has sought the appointment of PM Modi and HM Shah. Avinash reddy the MP facing allegations in the case of former MP Vivekananda’s murder is also in Delhi.
The Court said that it cannot interfere in the case and asked the MP to approach CBI only. Avinash is in a dilemma as no response came from the CBI and the court also said it cannot do anything.
With no option left, he appeared before the CBI again. Right now he is in Delhi. There is a talk in the political corriodrs that Jagan might seek the help of PM and HM Shah in the CBI case pertaining to Avinash Reddy.
Avinahs is almost cornered in the case and he has few chances of wriggling out of the case. His father is also supposed to be involved in the murder case. Dasatagir the driver has also turned in as an approver and his submission is crucial in the case.
Earlier he came to Hyderabad as the CBI officers who questioned him thrice served him notice. The officers led by CBI SP Ram Singh are questioning him.
We have to wait and see if they will arrest him or not. The proceedings stopping CBI from arresting Avinash Reddy ended on Monday. There is a big suspense in this case.
But the fact is that the court still treats him as a witness and not even as the accused so far. This makes all the difference for Avinash.
He also boasted before the media that he is being questioned as a witness in this case.
