The hit movie makes you a big man. Only success counts in the film industry. Tollywood producers don’t touch you if you are a flop director. But thanks to NTR he is giving an opportunity to Koratala Shiva to prove himself after a disaster called Acharya.
Parasuram did a movie called Sarkaru Vaari Paata for Mahesh and fans are not fully satisfied with the movie. We do not know what Parasuram is doing after the Mahesh movie.
Radhakrishna directed Prabhas for Radhe Shaym and it was a big dud. Now Radha is not getting any projects. Sujeet did Sahoo and Bollywood bailed the movie out in the name of Prabahasand Baahubali fame.
So the directors must know that they have to deliver a super-duper hit to survive in the industry. There is no alternative. The latest is that you have work keeping the Pan India concept in mind.
You must be able to sell and run the movie across India. Publicity and marketing are the key elements. Some big movies are in the pipeline and we have to see how far the audience will encourage them.
People rejected Acharya outright and Koratal is yet to come out of the red.
