The court has ruled that there was no proof of wrongdoing the Rafale deal and that one cannot find any fault when it comes to the security of Nation. it is a Rs 59000 crore deal and that the Opposition under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi the Congress chief has been alleging of corruption of Rs 30000 crore favouring Anil Ambani.
The Government has submitted the papers and information regarding this deal to the Supreme Court and the Court ruled that there was no proof of any corruption in this regard.
But the Congress is still demanding for a JPC probe in the Rafale deal. They are unhappy with the court judgement on the issue. They charged that the NDA government gave half-baked information to the court and opined that it was not a set back to the Congress party. They would step up the fight against the BJP Government led by Modi over the Rafale deal.
