Popular producer Dil Raju said, “I will win as MP if I contest from any political party. But Telugu Film Industry remains my top priority.
He is contesting for the post of TFCC President for which the elections are being held on 3O July. Raju is contesting against C Kalyan one of the senior producers in the Telugu film industry.
As none of the senior producers have come forward, I’m contesting for the TFCC president. I’m taking up this post as responsibility toward the Film Industry Raju said.
Raju was in fact offered the MLA seat by Erraballi Dayakar several times for the BRS. Raju is very close to KTR also. But he is not that inclined towards politics.
I won’t get any crown if I win this post. In fact, I’ll face new challenges and troubles. Still, I’ve come forward for the development and progress of the Telugu Film Industry.”
Who knows he might be nominated to Rajya Sabha by one of the political parties giving representation to the film Industry. PM Modi also knows Raju very well.
Dil Raju recently burnt his fingers with the movie called Shakuntalam. His daughter has done well with the movie called Balagam.
He is doing another movie with director Venu Tillu after the success of Balagam.
