The Congress party which would be fighting the elections of 2018 in Telangana as part of Mahaghatbandahn has decided not to name anyone as the CM candidate till the results are out. Congress Incharge Khuntia has said that the Congress would give the name after the results and it has been the practice. The name will be decided by Chief Rahul Gandhi he stated.

KCR

The TRS on the other side has named KCR as the CM again and they have declared that they would get 100 seats. Naming the CM candidate will make all the difference and there are a half a dozen serious contenders for the CM post here in the Congress. If someone is named the others would not work for the part and dissidence would start immediately. To keep the flock together the High command will keep quiet for the time being and have to run for the elections.

At the same time, MIM floor leader Asaduddin Owaisi also claimed that if Kumara Swamy with few seats, could become the CM of Karnataka he is also ready for the post. So there are aspirants from other parties also expecting a Karnataka here in Telangana. But there are remote possibilities of that kind.
