The local Sarpanch is a lady and there is fatwa like a decision from her that the ladies should not wear nighties in the morning from 7am to 7 pm.The local revenue authorities came to know about that and found that the local Sarpanch was implementing this rule and whoever has given information on this account were rewarded with a gift of Rs 1000.
The village is Tokalapalli of Godavari west in Andhra Pradesh.
