The Supreme court has ruled out that there should be no namaj prayers at the Taj Mahal the 7nth wonder in the world. Earlier there were requests that the prayers be allowed at the iconic monument. As there will be a flow of the tourists at the International level from time to time the supreme court thought it was not right to do prayers at this place.

The court suggested that it would be wise for the authorities to see that the prayers are done at a distance to this monument and doing prayers inside the monument would be wrong and it would disturb the flow of tourists depriving them of their visit. But earlier the district court here at agreed to allow Tajmahal for the prayers. This was challenged in the Supreme court and the highest court said no to prayers. Earlier the Taj was closed on Fridays for prayers.

But the latest is that that the police have observed Muslims from different countries especially Bangladesh coming to this place and doing prayers on Friday. Taking the security point of view into account, the police and the Court said no to Namaj prayers and it looks like the Yogi Government will keep the Taj Mahal open for the tourists on Friday also.

The State Government is trying to keep the Marble palace away from Garbage and other pollution. Traffic around the monument is also being diverted so that there will be less pollution around this place. A BJP MLA earlier claimed that Taj Mahal was Tejo Mahal. An other MLA suggested that Taj Mahal should be changed to Ram Mahal or Krishna Mahal and claimed that it was not built by Shahjahan.
