Senior Congress leader Jai Ram Ramesh said that Modi will not come to power in the 2019 elections. Taking the Karnataka scenario as the example, Ramesh said that Rahul Gandhi who was earlier ridiculed by some leaders is fast emerging as a seasoned politician and that the Congress will strategise in such a fashion that the BJP will not come to power at all.
Jia Ram said that the regional parties will come under one roof at the local level and trounce BJP so that finally it will not have the majority at the centre he said. The Congress will work out in such a fashion that the Congress may not get the power, but it will see to it that the BJP will lose the election.
Modi will be the subject of discussion and all other parties will aim against him as they did it in Karnataka he explained. Ramesh said that Rahul is a matured leader and he is taking the advice of all the senior leaders and they achieved success in Karnataka by keeping the BJP out of power he said. The same will repeat in the local elections and finally, there will be no BJP in the centre he opined.
