The State government has decided to do away with contract recruitment and outsourcing employees and would henceforth, go only for employment on a permanent basis, CM KCR announced .

The Chief Minister said both the earlier Governments in undivided Andhra Pradesh had employed people on contract basis on low salaries. “Henceforth, all the recruitment will be on permanent basis.
For short duration programmes like land purification and cleansing survey, where the employment will be for a limited period of three to five months, the recruits will be informed in advance that it would only be a temporary job,” he said.
