Niharika and her husband have agreed to vacate the flat that they have rented by the 10nth of this month. The apartment association has also agreed to withdraw the case filed against Niharika.
It may be recalled that the association people have complained to the police for using it on a commercial basis. They said that the visitors coming were in large numbers and parties were being celebrated in the apartment disturbing others.
Nihkarikas husband is the son of a police officer and finally the case was compromised. Chiranjeevi and Nagabu talked to the concerned police station and assured them that Niharika will vacate the apartments by the 10nth of this month.
Actress and daughter of Nagababu, Niharika’s husband ran into trouble when residents of his apartment building complained against him to the police.
They alleged that he is creating a nuisance by bringing people in large numbers to his flat and running commercial activities in a residential apartment.
Niharika’s husband Venkata Chaitanya Jonnalagadda rented a flat in an apartment in Film Nagar in Hyderabad. The residents of the apartment have allegedly been objecting to his activities.
Chaitanya Jonnalagadda also filed a case against them in Banjara Hills police station for infringing his privacy. Police are investigating the case.
Now with the agreement of both the parties the case has been compromised from both sides.
