Another twist occurred in the case of former MP Vivekananda Reddys case. While the man accused Avinahs the MP and his father are on bail, now cases are being filed against Vivekanandas daughter and her husband Rajasekhar Reddy apart from CBI officer Ram Singh.
The case has been filed in Pulivendual after a complaint was lodged by the PA of the former MP.
Earlier the Telangana High Court on Monday rejected the bail petitions filed by YS Bhaskar Reddy and his associate Uday Kumar Reddy in the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. A single-judge bench of Justice K Laxman delivered the verdict, which had reserved the orders on August 24, and pronounced the same on Monday. The bench said it could not grant bail to the accused as the investigation was at a crucial stage and there was strong evidence against Bhaskar Reddy.
First, there were allegations in the Jagan media that Chandrababu the CM was behind the murder of Vivekananda Reddy. Now there are allegations that big people within the family are behind the murder.
They say people know who ordered the murder. There were allegations against the daughter of Vivekananda Reddy. It looks like the case will not be decided before the parliament elections.
YS Sharmila the sister of Jagan CM also deposed before the CBI in Delhi and gave the evidence that the murder occurred for the sake of Pulivendula seat in the process of a power tussle.
