The state Government will come up with new Revenue and Municipal act soon to curb corruption and develop transparency in the system of Governance assured K Chandrasekhar Rao the Chief Minister. He was speaking here on the eve of the state formation day at Public gardens.The Telangana government has improved the conditions of the rural masses with the new Panchayat Raj system where the state and central funds are being spent together. The villages will be developed on par with the towns and they will be made self-reliant he explained. Accountability is being fixed in the Municipal administration also he said.
There should be a planned and systematic growth of the urban areas and the administration should be transparent he opined. The revenue system must change and there should be no corruption in the department he said.The New revenue system is being worked out and the people must give suggestions he suggested. New Municipal and revenue acts will come into force soon he announced.
KCR assured that more of welfare schemes will be implemented and it will be a welfare state and the farmers will be made self-reliant. He complimented the people again for becoming the stakeholders in the process of development in the state. Several Ministers, officials and guests have participated in the function here at the public gardens.
