New Development Bank ( NDB) Director General Dr. DJ Pandian called on honourable Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy at Dr. BR Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat today .
Speaking on the occasion, CM RevanthReddy said that the state government prepared plans to take up the Musi rejuvenation project by developing the Musi Riverfront area at the international level. Besides preserving the river and stabilizing water flow, the CM said that the musi river development project will be executed at the high standards to benefit the local people.
The government will also give priority to the conservation of the environment and pollution free without distributing the natural resources in the execution of riverfront development project.
The Chief Minister requested the Bank to support the second phase Metro Rail project in Hyderabad, which provides public transportation to common people, establish the training Institutes to provide training and technical skills and financial assistance for the construction of hospitals, hostel buildings of educational institutions, housing projects which are being undertaken by the state government and also for the establishment of waste treatment plants. Pandian said that the NDB will contribute to the development of the state.
