NBW against Chandrababu in Babli case

A Maharashtra court has issued a Non-bailable warrant against the CM of AP Nara Chandrababu Naidu. The case was pertaining to the Babli issue when Chandrababu was the leader of the opposition of the United Andhra Pradesh. People were expecting CBI notices from the centre against Babu, but now he has received court notices from Maharashtra while he was on a dharna at the Babli project earlier.

Nara Lokesh the Son of Chandrababu said that his father the CM of AP and other ministers would attend the court. Lokesh and others stated that Chandrababu tried to protect the interest of Telangana and he even refused to take the bail in this case.

The CM was in Tirumala attending the Annual Bhamostvasam. Today also he is camping at Tirumala.

A Maharashtra resident filed the case against Chandrababu and the court has issued an NBW against Chandrababu in this connection. Babu did a dharna in Babli against that it would affect the downstream. He was arrested and put in the Pune Jail and was later released when he refused to take the bail.
