TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy said upon the instructions of the Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy, as part of a nationwide campaign of Hindu Sanatana Dharma, TTD has rolled out the construction of Srivari Divya Kehstras in important cities across the country.
Addressing a public meeting on Thursday after laying foundation stone for two kalyana Mandapams at Penumuru in Chittoor and Sathyaveedu in Tirupati districts respectively he said besides providing priority to common devotees, the construction of nearly 2500 SV temples have been taken up under the funds of SRIVANI Trust.
He said upon the appeal of Deputy CM Sri Narayanswami and MLA Sri Adimoolam the construction of current Kalyana Mandapams works have been taken up by TTD to assist the poor and middle-class people in both the districts to perform weddings of their children and other dharmic ceremonies.
Deputy CM of AP Sri Narayanswami, MLA Sri Adimoolam, Tirupati MP Dr Gurumoorthy, APSRTC vice chairman Sri Vijayanand Reddy, Tirupati District Joint Collector Sri Balaji and others were present.
Special focus is on the employee welfare measures, said TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy.
After inaugurating a Function Hall in Vinayakanagar quarters for the sake of TTD employees in Tirupati on Thursday, the Chairman speaking to the media said, the two decades old dream has become a reality with the opening of this function hall which was constructed at a cost of Rs.1.40cr.
Upon the instructions of the Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy, 300 acres of land has been acquired towards house plots for TTD employees which has been pending for the last several decades.
Similarly many employee-friendly measures like Health Scheme was also implemented
