As part of Green India Challenge programme launched by Rajya Sabha member Sri Santosh Kumar, Hero Nani, Heroines Krithi Shetty, Sai Pallavi, Producer Boinpally Venkat planted saplings at the GHMC Park in Prashashan Nagar in Jubilee Hills.
Speaking on the occasion, Hero Nani gave call to the people that every one should plant trees, as Green India Challenge is everyone’s responsibility. He said MP Santosh Kuar taking forward Green India Challenge as a movement. He said the programme in which film industry and political personalities are participating is creating awareness among the people. He said he is very happy to participate in the programme. He said Green India Challenge helps curtailing the global warming and urged people to participate in it to have a clean environment to future generations.
After the programme, Green India Challenge Karunakar Reddy, Raghavendra yadav (raghava) presented the copy of Vriksha Veda to hero Nani, heroines Sai Pallavi, Krithi Shetty. Nani, Sai Pallavi and Krithi Shetty heaped praises on Santosh Kumar for compiling the book Vriksha Veda.
