Namratha the wife of Mahesh ad Deepika Padukone the wife of Ranveer Sing are said to be having links with the Drugs Mafia. They were earlier summoned by the police to Mumbai.
They appeared before the police and explained about the WhatsApp calls that they have given to the supplier of the drugs. The ED has summoned the film people who were earlier questioned by the Telangana police.
While 12 of them were said to be involved in the case, only 8 of them were charge-sheeted it is learnt. All the 8 are just small fish and the film personalities names dong figure in the main case.
Now the ED has summoned some of them for questioning in the name of money laundering. After the death of Sushant, it came to the notice of police that Sushant also did drugs and that he was not innocent as projected.
His girlfriend spilled the beans. This case has been pending with the Telangana police for the last 4 years. Some of them were acquitted. As the drugs have foreign links, now the ED has reopened the case.
Akun Sabharwal the police who investigated the case will also be summoned by the ED it is learnt. But there is also a talk that all these stars called by the police will just become witnesses and nothing more than that.
The drgus were brought into the country from firing countries and that is where the ED comes in.
