Balakrishna the Natasimham will be having a lady villain this time. The movie is titled as Ruler and Ravikumar is director while C Kalyan is the producer.
Apart from the two leading ladies, the Ruler will have one lady villain. The movie is getting ready for Sankranthi. As usual, Balaiaih is trying to come on screen with a new get up and look.
