After Yes and no, finally the talk is clarified that Rakshas has been shelved by the Mythri Movie makers.
However, recent online chatter hinted at a conflict between the actor and director, casting doubt on the fate of the eagerly awaited project. In response, the trio – comprising Ranveer Singh, Prasanth Varma, and the esteemed production house Mythri Movie Makers – issued a unified statement.
In their official announcement, they confirmed the unfortunate shelving of Rakshas but offered a ray of hope for the future. Ranveer Singh expressed his admiration for Prasanth’s prowess, hinting at forthcoming collaborations:
“Prasanth is a remarkable talent. Our creative exploration for a film together was invigorating, and I’m hopeful for exciting ventures ahead. There is a talk that Ranveer is not happy with the way the movie was shaping up and they were forced to shelve the same.
Ranveer as such is a director’s actor but we do not know what really went wrong with the making of the movie. Prashant must also do the homework before venturing into a movie with the big stars.
