Muralidhar is tipped to become the BJP President for Telangana it is reported. It is not confirmed but there is a talk going on in the BJP circles. There is also a talk that Dr Laxman might get another term in the state BJP.
There was a meeting of the top BJP leaders from Telangana in Himachal Pradesh on the day Bandrau Dattatreya was sworn in as the Governor. Dr Laxman, Indrasena Reddy, Premendar Reddy, Ramachandrareddy, Union Minister Kishan Reddy and some other local leaders were present there in Himachal and they had a discussion over the matter.
On the other hand, the BJP Chief and the Home Minister Amit Shah who was supposed to make a bang in Telangana on Septemeber 17nth is not coming. There is talk that he is not keeping well and is not coming to Telangana.
There could be some other reasons behind this. At the same time, there is a talk that the BJP leaders under the leadership of Ram Madhav and Muralidhar are planning to woo some TRS MLAs into the BJP fold. They want to use the same tactics of TRS.
A lot churning is going on in the TRS and also the BJP circles over this. The BJP has just one MLA and the want to take all the disgruntled elements of the TRS into the party. That is how the BJP wants to expand first.
