Film stars Murali Mohan, Kota Srinivas Rao, MLA Kranthi Kiran and police officer Swathi Lakra have taken up the green India Challenge initiative. They planted saplings and also have nominated others to take up the challenge.
The message of TRS MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar is spreading like a wildfire in the forest. People are accepting the challenge left and right and are also complimenting the MP.
Perhaps this is one of the best initiatives being taken up by an MP for the cause of Mother Earth. This will go a long way in spreading the green cover across the state of Telangana and also across the country.
Crossing the three crore mark in plantations is not an easy task. Attracting international attention for Green India Challenge is a big achievement.
People like Hero Krishna, Director K Vishwanath has responded to the call of Santosh Kumar. It was the idea of TRS chief KCR to promote greenery across the state along with sanitation and Santosh has given it a new format and twist in the name of Green India Challenge. It is like branding for a Noble cause.
