Mumbai never sleeps. The maximum city. And now, the city that works the hardest.

An average employee in Mumbai works 3,315 hours a year – the most across the world. That’s according to the findings of a study by Swiss investment bank UBS.

As part of its Price And Earnings 2018 report, UBS assessed 77 cities around the world on a number of parameters including average annual working hours.

Even in Hyderabad, the IT employees work for long hours but they are not paid well. Big companies take them in a vehicle and drop them back in the early hours. But they are not paid well.

The body cycle of the youngster’s changes as they work during nights. The health is at risk, but they have no other option but to slog in the night. They dont have proper food facilities. They are not allowed to remove the finger from the mouse or headphones from the ears. 9 hours duty 5 hours travelling. 14 hours of work and the rest of the morning for sleep.

The names of the companies are very big but the payments are at middle level. Everything depends on the HRs mood. Dumping the seniors and taking the freshers is a common feature. All this to save money to the company. So we can say Hyderabadis also work hard.
