The final rites of MukeshGoud the former Minister will be conducted today at the Gowda Samaj Crematorium at Shaikpet. Mukesh Goud the senior Congress leader from the old city has died yesterday. He was Minister for BC welfare in the YSR Cabinet. He died due to cancer and he was on a ventilator in the Hospital.
Mukesh has a wife, 2 sons and a daughter. He contested from MaharajGung and lost of BJP candidate Raja Singh.
Throat cancer was the reason for his death. Mukesh has a bad habit of taking Gutka all the time. He was suffering from illness since last several months. He came on a ventilator to vote during the parliament elections.
Mukesh is related to TDP leader Devender Goud. Mukesh Goud has been with the Congress party for a long time and he was in news recently, when his son tried to commit suicide due to financial problems. He has won 3 times as an MLA. He was one of the Hyderabad brothers long with Danam Nagendar who is in TRS now.
A large number of Mukesh followers are coming to the Shaikpet Gowda samaj to pay their last respects. Yesterday the top Congress leaders from Delhi who were in the city to attend the funeral of former Union Minister Jaipal Reddy later went to the hospital and paid their last respects to Mukesh here in Hyderabad.
