MS the masters has become the most silly thing to be done in America. The dollar dreams are slowly turning into danger dreams. What ever you call the IT jobs in America or in India is nothing but under sellig yourselves.
In the name of talent they hire people for lesser remuneration and exploit Indians. Now they are killing them and thereatening them to go away. Even in Hyderabad B- tech students are used and sent away as they want. The payments are just around Rs15000 and even a security fellow working in your building for 8 hours are also gets the same without any tension and targets.
The IT companies, take lands, Subsidies from the Government and set up the shop at a very low rate. But they dont pass the benefits to the employees hired locally. They use them exploit them –spoil them and throw them away.The Government must come up with a wage policy to these companies so that they dont exploit our graduates.
Youth who have completed IITs and IIMs are going for agriculture and earning better than the so called corporate executives. With mechanised farming and hightech farming some of them are into crores via agriculture and Horticluture. Marketing and cold storage is the key.
Milk, water, fodder and vegetables are becoming scare commodities across the country in metros and there is huge demand for this. Some of them are encahsing the same and making good money. Running after dollar dreams , spending around 30 lakhs to reach America staying with ten others, sharing a car is a mere waste. Put your 30 lakhs in a FD get around Rs 21000 and work here get another Rs 20000, and live happily. That could be a good idea.
Wasting money, getting exploited, getting threatened and living under constant fear with tension is of no use in US. You get a third rate university even after spending lakhs, which finally will land you in a substandard job in America.
Instead try to get smarter here in India, then earn a better job – good living on your mother land – stay with the family which will give you immense satisfaction apart from, a sense of belonging.
