Member of Rajyasbha from the TRS party Joginallly Santosh Kumar planted saplings in front the Parliament buildings here. Santosh along with TRS MPs and Central Ministers participated in the plantation program around the parliament buildings.
The Union Minister Prakash Javadekar was with and he was reminded of the Haritha Haram being taken up by the State Government of Telangana. Earlier Javadekar also participated in tree plantation program here in Telangana.
Senior MP K Kesava Rao, Nama Nageshwar Rao was also seen with Santosh Kumar and other plantings the saplings here at the Parliament Buildings. Many MPs participated in the event and they discussed the need to develop greenery to stop pollution.
There was the discussion on Santosh taking up the Keesara reserve forest for developing it as an eco-tourism resort with abundant greenery with his MP funds. The Keesara forest was adopted by Santosh on the eve of KTRs birthday.
The idea is to protect the environment by developing the greenery Santosh told the other MPs.
MPs like Sumalatha and others came to plant saplings on the invitation of the TRS party leaders here in Delhi.
