TRS Rajya Sabha member Joginapaly Santosh Kumar today participated in the international disability day at the TRS Bhavan. He distributes blankets to the physically challenged people.
Santosh Kumar was happy to note that he was given an opportunity to serve the people with ability in one form or the other. Santosh is also encouraging people from various walks of life to plant saplings to reduce global warming and pollution.
The program is called the green India challenge and it is very popular across the world. Santosh has taken the inspiration from Haritha Haram the program initiated by the Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao.
Talking on the occasion of the World disability day, Santosh opined that Telangana under the dynamic leadership of KCR was in the forefront for implementing the welfare of the disabled people.
The pension for the physically challenged is also high here in the state of Telangana he said. Apart from this KCR has also been implementing many welfare schemes for the poor.
