Parliament member of TRS Joginapally SantshKumar was at Keesaragutta Sivalayam tody along with Minister Malla Reddy here on the occasion of Mahashivaratri.
They performed special pooja along with the local lawmakers here. On the other hand, Minister for Endowments Indrakaran reddy worshipped here at the Rajarajeshwari Alayam and has offered Silk Vastram to Lord Shiva on behalf of the State Government.
Many MLAs worshipped Lord Shiva here at the local Temples. Nothing was heard from the CM K Chandrasekhar Raos side as his brother in law expired recently.
We do not know if the CM is celebrating Shivaratri or not. Shivaratri is being observed in a big way here at the 1000 pillar Temple also. Fasting and Jayaram are observed today.
Most of them take fruits in the evening after the fasting and also worshipping Shiva. They do no sleep in the night and observe Jagaram for Shiva.All the theatres will have special shows tonight on the eve of Shivaratri.
