It looks like Avinash Reddy the YSRC MP alleged to be involved in the murder case of former MP Vivekananda Reddy is dodging the CBI. This is the first time Avinash Reddy was summoned in this case.

Avinash said that he want some more time to appear before the CBI. The case investigation will be done from Hyderabad as per the Supreme Court’s directions.

The CBI team is trying to reach Avinash and serve him notice once again so that he will be compelled to appear before them.

Sunitha the daughter of Vivekananda Reddy previously mentioned in her statement to the CBI that Jagan is trying to save the MP.

“What will happen if you name Avinash in this case? At best, he will join BJP,” Jagan reportedly told Sunitha.

Avinash was asked to come to CBI’s office in Hyderabad at 11 AM. We will have to see if there is any crucial development in this case. There are allegations that CM Jagan was behind Avinash.

Many leaders demanded that Jagan should also be questioned in this case. So far Avinash was protected by the power from Delhi.

But after the directions from Supreme Court there is no other way but to appear before the court for further investigation.

There is a talk that even Sharmila is also supporting the daughter of Viveka over this case. She has deposed against Jagan in the cour earlier.
