Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Ayodhya on Monday and completed the consecration ceremony at the newly constructed Ram temple.
He offered Lotus flowers to the Ram Lalla after the consecration ceremony along with Mohan Bhagawath in the santcum Sanctorium. Governor Anandi Ben was also present by the side of Modi.
Yogi the CM of UP was also seen. Choppers showered Rose petals on from teh sky on the Temple and also the guests. The tune Raghiupathi Raghava Raja Ram was played.
The prime minister landed at the Maharshi Valmiki International Airport and will head to the helipad from there.
Modi will then go to the Ram temple where he will take part in the pran pratishtha ceremony. He will later address a gathering after the ceremony. He is also scheduled to visit the Kuber Tila.
The prime minister will also interact with ‘shramjeevis’ associated with the construction of the temple.
Earlier in the day, Chiranjeevi was photographed disembarking from a chartered plane at the Ayodhya airport.
He was accompanied by his wife Surekha and son, “RRR” star Ram Charan. Actors Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, extended their wishes on the occasion of the consecration ceremony in a video message on social media.
“Both of us wish you Jai Shri Ram! It’s a big day for all devotees of Lord Ram across the world. After a wait of hundreds of years Ram Lalla is returning to his abode in a grand temple in Ayodhya.
