K Chandrasekhar Rao has become popular across the country for his welfare schemes in Telangana apart from giving financial assistance to farmers. There is an all-around appreciation for the Telangana CM. KCR has made facilities for irrigation, free power and now financial assistance to the farmers and he is sure to win the next election hands down.
Some state governments are looking at the KCR scheme for farmers and they have also asked the officials to report on the financial feasibility. The central government has already stepped in for the Insurance scheme and now Modi the Prime Minister is planning to talk to the farmers on June 20. The central government has identified that there is rural unrest and that has resulted in BJP losing some seats to the Congress and other parties in the by-election.
Modi has thought it fit to get the farmers across the country into one fold and address their issues so that they can be brought back into the BJP fold. The next one year is crucial for the BJP and it cannot afford to lose any time.
Apart from seeking financial assistance for various ongoing projects, KCR has given a detailed account of the schemes being implemented in the state.
Many central Ministers have visited the state and studied the schemes like the mission for the drinking water and also the two bedroom houses.There is no parallel government when it comes to welfare measures and its implementation when it comes to the Telangana government.
