The TRS has come up with “Modi Go Back” posters in different parts of Hyderabad and also in Ramagundam, where the Prime Minister is going to dedicate the Ramagunda Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd (RFCL) to the nation on 12th.
The BJP and YSRC are trying their level best to make the Modi trip a huge success. They are mobilising the crowds for the public meetings.
The TRS leaders have been holding press conferences for the last two days questioning the visit of Modi to launch the RFCL company, nearly two years after it commenced production.
The TRS cadres also have launched a Twitter war against Modi for doing injustice to the state.
At the same time, the TRS government is seeking the support of civil society organizations and intellectuals to attack Modi. The Communists are also opposing the tour of Modi in the Telugu States.
As many as 64 noted persons including academicians wrote an open letter to the PM demanding to clarify his stand on pending issues pertaining to Telangana.
They asked Modi about the pending issues of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act saying none of the promises, including a coach factory at Kazipet, a steel plant at Bayyaram, a tribal university, and also incentives promised to industries setting up their units in the state, was kept.
