Modi failed miserably says Owaisi

All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) party President and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has “taken the country for a ride” as far as management of COVID-19 in the country and has completely failed in controlling the coronavirus situation.

“Don’t keep hopes on Modi Ji that he will save you from the virus. The Government of India led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has completely failed in controlling the coronavirus situation,” Owaisi told media persons at a press conference.

Modi could not foresee the second wave of Covid and failed miserably he opined.

Owaisi said that not only in Delhi but also in the state of Telangana and specifically in Hyderabad the cases of Covid were rising.

He wanted the State Government to build the Osmania Hospital so that a new facility will be available for the patients.

“The lockdown was unconstitutional and unplanned.

It was imposed by the Modi government at a time when only around 500 people had contracted the virus. Now there are lakhs of people affected,” he added.

There is no Oxygen and there are no burial grounds he said. It is out of the control of the Central Government he said. Modi could not foresee the second wave and there was no preparedness by the Government he stated.

Non-availability of Oxygen was the main reason for many deaths he said. He wanted people to take the Covid vaccine and wear the mask. The people must also take care to see that they don’t get Corona he stated.
