Congress party Chief Rahul Gandhi in his tweet stated that Prime Minister Modi is unable to sleep unless and until he removes Alok Varma the CBI chief. Once the CBI chief was sent on leave and the other time the high power committee removed him on the recommendation of the CVC. While the member of the committee Kharge did not agree for the CBI chiefs transfer, other including the PM removed him from the post and transferred him.
The CBI chief Aloka Varma said that he was saddened by the act of the Government for doing his job rightly. The CBI chief was supposed to remain in the seat till the end of this month. Soon after being reinstated by the Supreme Court the CBI chief immediately brought in all his staff who were transferred earlier by the interim director.
There were allegations and statements that the CBI chief tried to look into the Rafale deal.
Fear is now rampaging through Mr Modi’s mind. He can’t sleep. He stole 30,000Cr from the IAF and gave it to Anil Ambani. Sacking the CBI Chief #AlokVerma twice in a row, clearly shows that he is now a prisoner of his own lies.

By removing #AlokVerma from his position without giving him the chance to present his case, PM Modi has shown once again that he's too afraid of an investigation, either by an independent CBI director or by Parliament via JPC.
