The Five ministers opined that they need one more meeting to come to a conclusion and initiate action over the issues of Kalashweram execution and the cracks in Medigadda and other barrages.
While the Ministers and MLAs were trying to pose some more questions, Minister Uttam said that it was time for lunch and they could not talk to the representatives of the construction companies who had come to the review meeting.
After the lunch, the Ministers were scheduled to visit the barrages in person. Uttam thought that there should be a judicial inquiry over the execution of the projects.
Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas said that the Kaleshwaram was built in haste and only 50 TMC have been lifted so far. The ENC will be responsible for giving all the details shortly he said.
The officials should have given the right technical feasibilities to BRS rulers he opined. The agencies must be penalised for the wrong execution of the projects the Ministers opined.
Crores of money has been misused and wasted by the earlier rulers the Ministers said. Jeevan Reddy the MLA opined that 50000 crore funds were wasted for this subject and we must find the answers he suggested.
On the whole, the Ministers could not come to a conclusion today and they would brief the same to the CM and then come to a conclusion over the issue.
It looks like the Ministers are pushing the officials and the earlier rulers to the wall over the execution of the irrigation projects in the state of Telangana.
