There is Me Too environment at Google also it is reported. Sundar Pichai is dead serious over the matter and said that the work environment must be good for everyone and especially for the ladies. Last two years due to sexual harassment reasons more than 48 top executives have been sent out of the organisation.
It came to the notice of the management that 13 senior executives have been involved in the sexual harassment. Pichai said that appropriate action has been initiated to see that people at higher places behave properly with the staff and that they don’t misbehave.
A proper enquiry is also being launched against the allegations and then if found guilty, the action is being taken on the higher-ups.
When it comes to Hyderabad, there are several locations where there is no proper environment at Google offices. The employees are dumped in Vehicles and bundled to offices, with overburdening tasks and are dropped back to the respective houses.
The team leaders and the HR call the shots. The tasks and targets grow by the day, but the remuneration does not grow proportionately.
