Jaising the advocate of the said daughter said in order to establish her real parentage, DNA test should be allowed to be conducted on the woman as she has the right to know about her biological parents.
“In this society, it is very difficult for an unwed mother to keep the child. Therefore the child was given to Jayas sister who resided in Bangalore and there were two eyewitnesses to the incident,” the senior lawyer said.
The court, however, said the petitioner is at liberty to approach the high court.
But most of them Jaya had a child with superstar Shoban Babu. There are photographs of Jaya with Shoban babu very closely.
