Mani Sharma the music director has made a comeback with iSmart Shankar in recent times. He is having around dozen movies on his hand.
He has composed music for Narappa the remake of Asuran.
But the producer Suresh Babu has completed the movie by using the background of Original Asuran from Tamil.
This did not come to the notice of Mani Sharma. The music directors name is also not on the posters. The movie is now getting released on OTT and Mani has no credit for the music that he has given.
The Songs composed by Mani were retained in the movie. But there is also a talk that Chiranjeevi and other unit members of Konidela productions are not happy with the music given by Mani Sharma.
The lahe lahe song is doing well in the market. But overall there is talk that Mani is unable to match the expectations of the producers and directors who are making the movies these days.
Mani is a short-tempered person and that makes all the difference in the industry. The newcomers and the young music directors are giving relatively better music being appreciated by the audience.
On the other hand, Mani is doing music for Sridevi Soda Center, Shakuntalam, Republic, Black Rose, and Seetimaarr are Mani Sharma’s upcoming films. Mani Sharma is also scoring for an OTT project, under Colour Photo fame Sandeep Raj’s direction.
