PM Modi today has unveiled the statue of Alluri Seetharama Raju here at Bheemavaram. The PM has felicitated the family members of Seetharama Raju here along with CM Jagan.
It is very fortunate to meet on the land where Seetharama Raju the freedom fighter was born stated Modi. The Adivasi history gives all the inspiration Modi said.
Seetharama Raju has inspired the Nation he opined. It is the 75th year of Independence and the 125th birth Anniversary of Seetha Rama Raju. He paid respects to the soul of Raju on behalf of the nation Modi said.
Modi also paid respects to the family members who were present here at the meeting. He also paid respects to all the Adivasi heroes who fought for Independence.
The Rama Andolan will also be celebrated all throughout the year. He described Andhra as Veer Bhoomi and Vijaya Bhoomi. He remembered all the leaders who fought for Independence.
We have been striving for the welfare of the downtrodden and Adivasis for the last eight years Modi explained. The youth must get inspired by Seetha Rama Raju and strive for the development of the Nation he suggested.
The tribal research institute will be started to develop the forest produce he assured. Like Alluri the Nation is also challenging other countries and facing them to surge forward he said.
No one can stop the formation of Navya Bharat he suggested.
