Prakash Raj has done nother movie after his Avakaya Biryani. His earlier movie Dhoni was a hit and has got appreciation from all quarters. Now he is has come up with Mana Vuri Ramayanam. It is a different movie and people will like it for its comedy .
An NRI (Prakash Raj) working in the Gulf comes to his hometown on a vacation for his daughter’s engagement. Prakash Rajs property was leased out for commercial purpose to a man next to his house. But one room is kept for himself. During his holiday, he meets his friends here they bond every night over a few drinks.
During one of these days, his friend an autorickshaw driver, locks him with a prostitute (Priyamani) in a garage from the outside to let the two have some fun. He fails to turn up as promised and the two end up spending two nights and one day together in the garage. The rest of the movie revolves around the embarrassing plight of these two and the lives of NRI and his friends.
Prakash Raj, Priyamani have delivered good performance. Raghubabu, Prudhviraj, Satyadev Kancharana and other supporting artistes have done justice to their roles.
Mana Oori Ramayanam delivers laughs every now and then. Really entertaining film. Mana Oori Ramayanam is a matured film. Hopefully it gets recognition. prakashraaj and priyamani were great in the movie and Prakash Raj has proved beyond doubt that he can be a different director and some times a good director.
