Siddartha Luthra the popular advocate who is fighting the case of LOP Chandrababu Naidu for getting a quash petition is all set to be honored with a Rajya Sabha nomination if the TDP comes to power.
Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju the disgruntled YSRC MP who is planning to contest on the TDP ticket this time is negotiating between advocate Luthra and Chandrababu.
Lokesh the National General secretary is with RRR all the time when he is in Delhi. Luthra fought the case of RRR when he was in jail. Finally, Luthra is getting to get the case quashed and make Chandrababu from all the cases.
Luthra along with his team ran from pillar to post and after a long time could get bail for Chandrababu. Now the quash petition is due for the verdict from the Supreme Court.
Perhaps this is the complicated and one-sided case for Luthra in getting Babu out of the Jail. Babu is on interim bail till the end of this month.
Right now he is undergoing a medical tests for fissures and his eye cataract.
His cataract operation is due for the last three monhts. One of his eyes has been operated earlier for cataract. He is shuttling between AIG and LV Prasad Hospitals.
His son Lokesh is also visiting Delhi to cooordinate with the advocates of the Supreme Court.
