Samantha is now set to capitalise on the success of her previous films which were blockbuster hits.She is already in news with her acceptance from the Legendary Akkineni family. People said she would not work in the near future. But her would be said she will work and she likes to work.Naga Chaitanya to marry Samantha next year said that she is a hard worker and she will live the life as she likes.
A couple of months back, Samantha was heard complaining that actresses don’t get meaty roles and that she would not sign films for some time now. Soon after the announcement, she landed the lead role for Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming film, to be directed by Ponram of Rajini Murugan fame. We had also reported that it would be an action-entertainer.
Now, a new addition to her list is another untitled film, directed by newcomer Mithran Saravanan, who had earlier worked on the dialogues of the Pooja-starrer, Vidiyum Munn. A source close to the team has confirmed her inclusion in the flick which has Vishal playing the hero. However, it is unclear when this project will go on floors.
According to reports, Vishal, who is also bankrolling this project, will commence the shooting after wrapping up Mysskin’s Thupparivaalan with Rakul Preet Singh. It is said that cinematographer George C Williams is part of the technical team.
