Land scams were like synonym to Congress party and Jagan in AP. But now the heat is being turned to TDP and its Minister Lokesh son of CM Chandrababu.
Visakhapatnam land scam gave YSRCP an opportunity to counter the allegations made by ruling party on Jagan the son of former CM Y S Rajasekhar Reddy all these years.
Jagans party got the opportunity to drag IT Minister, into the land scam by alleging that he got 4 lakh crores in this scam which pushed ruling party on back foot.
According to YSRC Rajya Sabha Member Vijay Sai Reddy, Lokesh acquired this amount through 1 lakh acres of land in Vishakapatnam. This scam is linked with Ministers like Ganta Srinivasa Rao, Anakapalli MLA Peela Govinda Swamy, Pendurthi MLA Bandaru Satyanarayana Murhty, Yelamanchali MLA Ramesh babu and Vizag East MLA Velagapudi Ramakarishna.
Jagans party will organise a massive dharna in Vizag and submit a memorandum to President of India and the Governor regarding this land mafia, Sai Reddy said.
The land scam will certainly shake the ruling party as their party MLAs are involved in the scam according to reliable sources.This is a weapon for YSRCP to counter the allegations against their leader all these days by Naidu and will shake the Government once the names come out.
Back in TS there is also a land scam where the Registrars and sub-registrars made a mess of the government where by the concerned Minister who is also the deputy CM Mahmood Ali has been watching it happen.
KCR the CM of TS quickly took stock of the situation and then managed that it did not spill over. Now the situation is under control and the investigation is going on.
